I Have A Story To Tell

I have a story to tell
The story that never saw the dawn
Hid from the judging eyes from time to time
For deeply tender was the essence of it
The story of a girl
Wandering through the wild
Wondering at every act in the wilderness
She was wide-eyed of the direction
Or the hiccups masquerading as chances
Yet she was inspired, inspired to try
Well, the fear did not desert right away
Not until she met her motivation
It’s the story of a drive
The drive to do things she loved
The drive she could always lean on
The drive that made her never feel alone
Yes, she wasn’t alone in her plan
A plan which nevertheless failed
And posed a war without warning
Yet she kept going with the strength
It’s a story of the strength
The strength that lingered around her
The strength that stuck when all was lost
The strength to find a way out of despair
She found the depth of life
In the war against being lost
She had to win and she knew she could
Only because there was her army
It’s a story of the army
Army loyal to the eleventh hour
Army that counts your steps
The army that counsels along the way
With few wounds and bruises,
War was won and she found the secret
The secret to success, the success she wanted
It’s the journey that made sense and destiny was clear
It’s the story of destiny
Destiny that is not directed by God
Destiny that does not mould with ether
Destiny that finds you through will power
She found hers and there was sunrise
The cushion that she rested on
The only reason that did not leave her side
Through the wilderness, through the war
Oh! It was beautiful
To find a heart to share your dreams
Your fears, your moments or may be just your day
To find a heart to pour your heart away
Or maybe just a heart to go to end of your day
It’s the story of a heart
The heart that loves unconditionally
The heart that hides it’s agony for you
The heart that you find absolutely irresistible
Well, she did find, she was blessed
Though her only endeavour was patience
Yet there were things that did not tally
A firm wall thwarting her yearnings
The affection is irrefutable
But there was a lot of apprehension
The time passed by to more evasiveness
Things fell apart with a great revelation
It’s the story of a revelation
A revelation that shook her to the core
A revelation that changed her world
A revelation she never recovered from
What was lost is lost
What is to come will come
True as it sounds, hard as it to digest
Now, there’s no drive that leads her
There is no strength to stand carrying the dreams
There is no army to hold the hand
There is no destiny to look forward to
There is no heart that she could go to
Only a revelation that left her dazed
Only a walk with no plan
Only her all alone
